Fenny Stratford Station is currently un-staffed, with no ticketing facilities. Passengers are required to purchase tickets from train staff on-board. Immediately to the west after the bridge carrying the V4 Watling Street (formerly the A5) there are points connecting with a branch leading onto the freight only Oxford line via the Bletchley
flyover . The passenger line and station are protected here bytrap point s, however they are badly sited and any runaway train caught by it would subsequently crash into the bridge.Fenny Stratford has a black and white station building now in private ownership. The building is one of a number like it on the line but unlike any anywhere else. Until the mid 1960s, Fenny Stratford had two platforms and a number of sidings, however all that is now present is a single platform and a lot of wasteland to the east of the station before thelevel crossing . Thesignal box here was taken out of use in 2004.Fenny Stratford station is one of the many stations covered by the [http://www.marstonvalecommunityrail.org.uk Marston Vale Community Rail Partnership] .ervices
