1956 NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey Tournament

The 1956 NCAA Men's Division Ice Hockey Tournament involved 4 schools playing in single-elimination play to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college ice hockey. It started on March 15,1956 to March 16,1956. The National Championship Game was on March 17,1956. A total of 4 games were played at Broadmoor Arena in Colorado Springs. Michigan won their sixth national championship by defeating Michigan Tech in the finals.
