The majority owner of the Erie BayHawks is Steve Demetriou, with Ron Sertz as the team president. Sertz is also a minority owner of the

The official colors of the Erie BayHawks are black, gold, and red. The primary logo depicts a red and black hawk in flight with a gold beak and talons. The hawks is superimposed over a gold basketball and a partial, black ring with "Erie" rounding the top. The "BayHawks" wordmark is centered over the entire design in white, scripted letters.
