"Hôtel Costes Vol. 6" is a downtempo/lounge album compiled and mixed by Stéphane Pompougnac, resident DJ of the Parisian cafe/restaurant Hôtel Costes.

The remix of "Morenito" was the last of the songs from Pompougnac's 2003 album "Living on the Edge" to debut on a "Costes" album.

Morten Varano, who appears here as part of Slow Train Soul, later joins Pompougnac as a co-writer and singer on his 2007 album "Hello Mademoiselle".
