The cooperative had previously produced some community programming for broadcast on CJBC's Penetanguishene rebroadcaster.CFRH-FM originally operated on 101.9 FM, along with reapeaters in Midland, Perkinsfield and
Lafontaine, Ontario . CFRH was given approval to move to its current frequency 88.1 MHz with a power increase in 1999. As a result of the technical changes approved herein, CFRH-FM will no longer need its low power transmitters CFRH-FM-1 Midland, CFRH-FM-2 Perkinsfield and CFRH-FM-3 Lafontaine.
