Molvi Abdul Karim Laghari (1915–2004) was a religious person, a writer, an alim who studied at Dar-ul-Uloom born in a well known village of Missan in Tando Allahyar District, Sindh, PakistanHe and his brother Abdullah Laghari shifted to Missan Wadi(Big) at 1940.

Movli Karim Laghari was a well known religious person and social worker in Tando Allahyar District of Pakistan.
Works
After studying at Deoband he started working in his village Missan Wadi (wadi:A sindhi word means Big) as Teacher of Madrassa Ashaat-ul-Uloom.In that period he also wrote books like Thadha Wan Walhar Ja (The cold trees of Walhar)..Walhar was older name of Missan Wadi.In this book he has written complete history of this village.His other book is Sik Jo Safar which is a travelogue of India when he went to Deoband for celebrating 100th year ceremoney.
Education Works
His best known work for the people of Missan Wadi and related areas was the formation of educational institutes like Government High School for boys and girls,primary schools for boys and girls.Due to these institutions this village has a got a good number of intellectual person who are now aorking best in their respective fields.
