Boban Bajković (Serbian Cyrillic: "Бобан Бајковић") (born March 3, 1985 in Cetinje, Montenegro, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Montenegrin football goalkeeper, now playing for Red Star Belgrade.

Bajković has played on loan for FK Smederevo and FK Srem. On January 15 2008, he returned to Red Star Belgrade from loan an played the last four games of the Serbian Superliga 2007-08 regular season.
