Hong Kong Open (tennis)

The Hong Kong Open is a defunct tennis tournament that was held in Hong Kong on the ATP Tour from 1973-2002. It was replaced in 2003 by the Thailand Open.

Players competed on outdoor hard courts. A women's competition was also held briefly, from 1980-1982; and then once more in 1993, as a Tier IV event. Michael Chang held the record number of wins with three; Wendy Turnbull won two in the women's competition.
