Hendrik "Henk" de Best (May 1, 1905 – July 6, 1978) was a Dutch boxer who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.
He was born and died in Amsterdam.
In 1924 he finished fourth in the heavyweight class after losing the bronze medal bout to Alfredo Porzio.
