Tramayne Thompson, better known by his stage name, Shade Sheist, is a hip hop recording artist from South Central Los Angeles, California. His album "Informal Introduction" reached Billboard's #37 spot in its Heatseekers category and #69 in the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.

The partnership was officially formed in June 2008 with the opening of Ill Flava Records's US office in Los Angeles, California and PYO Entertainment's office in London, England.
