census GR|2 of 2000, there were 164 people, 75 households, and 44 families residing in the town. Thepopulation density was 842.9 people per square mile (333.3/km²). There were 88 housing units at an average density of 452.3/sq mi (178.8/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 90.85% White, 6.71% Native American, and 2.44% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.88% of the population.There were 75 households out of which 26.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.0% were married couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 41.3% were non-families. 40.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.19 and the average family size was 2.91.
In the town the population was spread out with 25.0% under the age of 18, 4.9% from 18 to 24, 18.3% from 25 to 44, 35.4% from 45 to 64, and 16.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 46 years. For every 100 females there were 84.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 86.4 males.
