Billy Carter (ice hockey)

Billy Gordon Carter (born December 2, 1937, in Cornwall, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 16 games in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins. He retired in 1969.
