Hermione Trumpington-Bonnet is a fictional character in the TV series Monarch of the Glen. Hermione is played by actress Hermione Gulliford.
Hermione leads a good life with her mumsy, Lady Dorothy, and it gets even better when she joins Molly MacDonald's dating agency and wins herself a ranger - Duncan McKay. Duncan and Hermione get together, and Duncan joins Hermione and Dorothy's eco-dome plan, but Lexie MacDonald finds out Hermione lied to Duncan about him getting a job and about the eco-dome jobs. Duncan feels he can no longer trust Hermione, and he dumps her. Later, in series 5, Hermione returns with the urge for Duncan and herself to get back together. Hermione begins to stalk Duncan and pressure him into getting back with her. Duncan confides in Jessica Mckenzie and the next time we see Hermionie, she is walking off, Heartbroken, this is because Jess in a plee to have Duncan to herself kisses him.
