Gawdat Gabra

Dr. Gawdat Garbra (1947-) ( _ar. جودت جبرا) is a Coptologist, finished his bachelor degree in Egyptian Antiquities – Cairo University 1967 and PhD in Coptic Antiquities Munster University – Germany 1978.

The former director of the Coptic Museum (1985) and currently a visiting lecturer in Claremont University.

He is the author or the co-author of:
