He studied law and philosophy inConstantinople (nowIstanbul ) and inPisa and life for several years inBucharest . During the outbreak of the revolution, he moved himsself and was captured but he later moved toIaşi where he remained until 1828, he later returned back to independent Greece.In Greece, he ran in the judicial bory and was a jurce in the islands of
Andros ,Spetses , Kea andAigina as a judicial president. Continuously he headed toAthens where he was a city judge, the court of appeals and a city judge president. He wrote grammatically in theGreek language .He died in 1854. He was the son of a soldier of the Greek revolution
