"The Ritual" is the fifth album released by Testament in 1992. It is the last to feature drummer Louie Clemente It was also the guitarist Alex Skolnick last album before rejoining the band in 2005. On "The Ritual", Testament moved away from their thrash metal roots and began exploring slower, heavier territory. The song, "Electric Crown" was featured as Rock Band downloadable content on July 29th, 2008.
