Securities Commission of New Zealand

The Securities Commission is an autonomous Crown Entity and New Zealand's main regulator of investments. It also runs a co-regulatory model with the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
The Securities Commission undertakes the following roles:

* Promoting public understanding
