Oscar *OCA* G. Malapitan (born June 14, 1955) is a Filipino politician. Beginning in 2004, he has been elected to two terms in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, as the Representative from the First District of Caloocan City. He is currently a member of the Nactionalista Party, and affiliated with the Genuine Opposition.
