Carlos Manuel Oliveiros da Silva, nicknamed "Vermelhinho" (born 9 March 1959 in São João da Madeira) is a retired Portuguese footballer.

During his club career he mainly played for FC Porto, and played in the 1984 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup Final, where Porto lost to Juventus F.C. 1-2. He is most remembered for scoring the goal that decided the semifinal of that competition against Aberdeen FC in a foggy night,Vermelhino scored an amazing long range lob. For the Portugal national football team, he was a participant at UEFA Euro 1984, and earned 2 caps throughout his career.
