Pennsylvania Culinary Institute was instituted as a branch campus of
Sawyer School . Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, Inc. obtained PCI in 1990 and subsequently earned an independent Main Campus accreditation by theAccrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology . In early 2002, Pennsylvania Culinary Institute became a partner withLe Cordon Bleu Schools North America in order to offer Le Cordon Bleu culinary programs.Programs
