Richard Foley (19 February 1681 – 27 March 1732) was a Member of Parliament for the Borough of Droitwich, being both preceded and succeeded by his brother, Edward Foley. He was son of Thomas Foley (c. 1641–1701) and thus a grandson of the ironmaster Thomas Foley (1616–1677). He died without issue.
