He is the co-owner of TS Records (with Daveyton-Born Thembinkosi Nciza) and television presenter. Mzekezeke was awarded both artist and song of the year, for "S'guaqa Ngamadolo", awards at the 2003 South African Music Awards.[1]
In 2010 he visited survivors of the nursing home fire in Nigel, Gauteng that had caused over 20 deaths, offering help and words of sympathy.[2]
