Back Cove, Portland, Maine

Back Cove also known as "Back Bay" is a tidal basin on the northern side of the City of Portland, Maine's downtown district. It's nearly circular and about one mile in diameter. Being tidal, Back Cove dries out to mud flats at low tide and as such is not commercially navigable.
