The Rudolph Latto House is a ca. 1880 home, located at 620 Ramsey Street, Hastings in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The Eastlake-style house was built from white Chaska brick. Rudolph Latto was a poor German immigrant who went on to become a brewer, banker, hotelier, and grocer, affording him the means to build this grand home and gathering place for Germans in the area. When Latto and his wife died without issue, the building was donated to the city for use a hospital. It was used as a hospital and home for the infirm until 1989, when it was renovated for use as a bed and breakfast inn.
