Parfait Mandanda (born 10 November 1989 in Nevers) is a Congolese-French footballer. He currently plays as a goalkeeper for FC Girondins de Bordeaux B team.

Parfait Mandanda transfered to Samsunspor. Samsunspor are currently playing in the Bank Asya First League.Samsunspor manager cancelled this transfer and Mandanda returns back to France. Manager says that Mandanda is not good enough for Samsunspor's squad.

He was named the Congo DR squad against France B on February 5, 2008. Mandanda only played the second half but missed out on a place in the history books as his older brother Steve Mandanda, also a goalkeeper and currently at Olympique de Marseille, played for the first half for France.
