Named after General K.M. Cariappa of the Indian Army, Cariappa Vihar is a residential complex for the serving Officers of the Indian Army and their families, provided by the Government of India. It may be located in Delhi, India.Fact|date=March 2008 Also Known as S.F. (Separated Family), these accommodations are for the army officers who have been posted in field. Currently there are more than 340 flats. These buildings are maintained by the MES - Military Engineering Services. These building are in bad condition.

It has 3 shops and 2 parks + 1 under construction.Each building has two lifts - Passenger and Load Lift.Has 6 Floors + Terrace.Consists of 14 Building.Near Base Hospital.Adjacent to Dhaulakuan - Naraina Expressway
