The Roman Catholic Diocese of Chiclayo (Latin: Chiclayen(sis)) is a diocese located in the city of Chiclayo in the Ecclesiastical province of Piura in Peru.

• 1956.12.17: Established as Diocese of Chiclayo from the Diocese of Cajamarca and Metropolitan Archdiocese of Trujillo
