WZAZ (1400 AM, "Gospel 1400, The Light") is a Gospel music formatted radio station in Jacksonville, Florida. It is the flagship station for Edward Waters College football.

In the media

"WZAZ" is the name of the fictional Chicago radio station in the movie "Airplane!". The station's motto is "Where Disco Lives Forever!" The station is knocked off the air when the airplane bumps the station's tower en route to its landing. The fictional call letters stood for initials of the writers of the film, David Zucker, Jim Abrahams, and Jerry Zucker.

A fictional television station bearing the "WZAZ" callsign appears in the Weezer video for "Buddy Holly" and also in "The Andy Griffith Show" episode "The Mayberry Chef".
