Damovo Group, headquartered in Glasgow, UK, is a provider of enterprise information communication technology (ICT) services and solutions, currently with regional businesses in Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Damovo was formerly the enterprise services division of the Swedish telecoms group Ericsson.[1]

In September 2004, Damovo's Australian operations were sold to Telstra.[2]

In June 2007, following non-payment by the Italian National Police and the loss of several major customers in the UK, the Damovo Group completed a refinancing plan, reducing bondholder debt. The former majority stakeholder Apax absorbed losses of over $100m.[3][4][5] At this time, Damovo Group appointed a new executive management team with Mike Parton as the company's Chief Executive Officer.

In 2011, Damovo UK was announced as one of the country's top 100 apprenticeship employers.[6][7][8][9]
