Parkfield Cedars School inDerby and graduated fromDurham University with a BSc Degree inZoology . She presentedBBC 's "Tomorrow's World " onBBC1 between 1974 and 1994. She has since made guest appearances on various TV shows, and has done someTV commercial s. Recently she appeared in aShredded Wheat advertisement [http://www.xtremeinformation.com/shop/quote_reviews.asp?quote=1290437] in which she used her scientific judgement to inform viewers that the product could possibly help keep their hearts healthy.
