According to the
United States Census Bureau , the township has a total area of 2.2square mile s (5.7km² ), of which, 1.7 square miles (4.3 km²) of it is land and 0.5 square miles (1.4 km²) of it (24.20%) is water.Demographics
As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 62 people, 24 households, and 16 families residing in the township. Thepopulation density was 37.4 people per square mile (14.4/km²). There were 29 housing units at an average density of 17.5/sq mi (6.7/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 100.00% White.There were 24 households out of which 37.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were married couples living together, 4.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.2% were non-families. 20.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.58 and the average family size was 3.06.
In the township the population was spread out with 25.8% under the age of 18, 4.8% from 18 to 24, 29.0% from 25 to 44, 27.4% from 45 to 64, and 12.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females there were 93.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 109.1 males.
