It is a modern day based fantasy story about a group of people seeking to take control of a unique sword from the grasp of a young woman named Dara Brighton.

Plot

Dara Brighton is a young paraplegic college student with a happy life, until three strangers knocked on her door, asking for a unique sword, before killing her father, mother and sister and burning their house. Dara crashes into the basement, where she finds a sword, setting her off on an incredible journey. [The Sword #1 "October 2007"]
