Hurricane Dean (disambiguation)

The name Dean was used for five tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean. The name was retired after 2007, and was replaced by Dorian for the 2013 Atlantic hurricane season.

* 1983's Tropical Storm Dean, which struck the coast of Virginia, causing minor erosion and flooding.
* 1989's Hurricane Dean , which passed over Bermuda, causing $10 million in damage and 16 injuries.
* 1995's Tropical Storm Dean, which caused significant flooding damage to Chambers County, Texas, but no injuries or deaths.
* 2001's Tropical Storm Dean , causing $7.7 million in damage to Puerto Rico and minimal damage to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
*2007's Hurricane Dean, a Cape-Verde hurricane and one of the most intense hurricanes ever recorded in the Atlantic .
