Norman "Norm" Spencer is a Canadian voice actor, most notable for being the English voice of the X-Men character Cyclops throughout many incarnations of the character in the 1990s, including the X-Men cartoon show, several X-Men video games, and as the character in crossover episodes for other Marvel television shows.[1]
