Kingswood is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

At the 2005 General Election, Labour received more votes in this constituency than in any other. It should be noted though that the Conservatives received 18,616 votes - unusually high for a constituency with a large Labour vote (and majority).

Boundaries

The constituency covers the eastern suburbs of Bristol outside of the city boundary, corresponding to the former borough of Kingswood.
