Wendell played for the
Vancouver Canucks ,Philadelphia Flyers ,Pittsburgh Penguins andTampa Bay Lightning in theNational Hockey League . Wendell is the only hockey player to have won aMemorial Cup (in1982 with theKitchener Rangers ), aCalder Cup (with the1988 Hershey Bears ), aTurner Cup (with the1998 and2000 Chicago Wolves ), and aStanley Cup (with the 1991 and 1992 Penguins). He also has 2 Robertson Cups with theKitchener Rangers as Ontario Hockey League Champions in 1981 and 1982.According to a 2006 issue of
The Hockey News , Young is currently an Assistant Coach and Executive Director of Team Relations with theChicago Wolves of theAmerican Hockey League .It should also be noted that Wendell Young was the only goaltender for the Tampa Bay Lightning in
