Chisato Shiina (椎名 千里 Shiina Chisato?, born December 28, 1982) is a Japanese figure skater.

She is the 2000 Japanese national champion. She was a multiple medalist on the Junior Grand Prix and qualified for the 1999 Junior Grand prix Final. She competed on the senior Grand Prix, as well as at the World Junior Figure Skating Championships and Four Continents Championships. She placed 6th at the 1998 Junior Worlds, 11th in 1999, and 24th in 2000. She placed 14th at the 2000 Four Continents Championships.

She is currently touring with Disney on Ice in their "100 Years of Magic" show.
