Junko Hiramatsu (nee: Ueno) (born on November 1 1946 in Hyogo, Japan) is a Japanese figure skater who is now a coach and ISU official. she won the five-time Japan Figure Skating Championships. She represented Japan at the 1964 Winter Olympics and 1960 Winter Olympics.

She took the Judge's Oath for the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano
