Shrewsbury and Hereford Railway
- Shrewsbury and Hereford Railway
The Shrewsbury and Hereford Railway was a joint railway owned by the Great Western Railway (GWR} and London and North Western Railway (LNWR) companies, from 1862. Before that, it had been an independent company, the first to run train services in Herefordshire.
The line was built between 1850 and 1853.
