Leonardo is a 23 year old Brazilian footballer currently playing for Greek Champions Olympiakos FC.
The 23-year-old left back, whose full name is Leonardo de Jesus Geraldo, made his name playing for Portuguesa, a first division side in Brazil. Reports suggest that Olympiacos paid €1.8 million for the Brazilian.
Brazilian, Greek, Turkish and English Magazines have compared him to Roberto Carlos.
The pacy and skillfull left-back was set to be in Brazil's 2008 olympic football squad and gained his first national cap in a pre-olympic friendly, playing 45 minutes. However, Leonardo was dropped from the squad before the olympic games.
