IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics is scientific journal, edited by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. This journalpublishes original papers in various areas of optical engineering and design; in particular, the theory and applications of quantum electronic devices and technologies. The areas include communications, medicine, telemetry, sensing and measurement, integrated optics, consumer electronics, and various lasers (especially semiconductor lasers, optically-pumped solid-state lasers, disk lasers and fiber lasers).
