"Last Time" has become Trey Songz second consecutive top 10 R&B hit, with "Can't Help But Wait" peaking at #2 and "Last Time" peaking at #9.

Music Video

The music video start when Trey is arguing with someone about his stay at a hotel. Trey doesn't want to be at that hotel because his second girlfriend works there. When Trey and his girlfriend walk in the hotel the second girlfriend sees them. She hands Trey a note that says: "Meet me Tonight, Room 710." When Trey's girlfriend is asleep, he goes to her suite wanting to tell her that that it is over and that would be the last time they would be intimate. His second girlfriend tries to talk him into staying, but she then pushes him on her bed wanting to have sexual intercourse. After they have been intimate he leaves and goes back into his suite. The next day, him and his girlfriend are seen having a meal. Trey's second girlfriend sees them and goes away, but Trey's girlfriend sees her and reads between the lines- that they might have been together somehow. Trey's girlfriend makes a plan to monitor Trey. When Trey thinks that his main girlfriend is sleeping he slips out of their hotel room and goes to his second girlfriend's suite. Trey walks into his second girlfriends suite and sees that she has lingerie on wanting be intimate again. While Trey and his second girlfriend argue, Trey's girlfriend tries to hear them. She can't really hear them so she takes the room key from the maid's equipment and opens the door. Trey then, without knowing that his girlfriend is there, tells his soon-to-be ex- girlfriend that he can't do it anymore. Trey walks out and sees that his girlfriend is standing outside of the door listening to their conversation. Trey's girlfriend runs and he runs after her. The video is open-ended. It could possibly be that both of his relationship is over or only the one with the second girlfriend.
