"Party and Bullshit" is a 1993 debut solo song by artist The Notorious B.I.G. (who was going by Biggie Smalls at the time). The music video for this song is a low budget black and white video and shows Biggie rapping at a party. Sean Combs appears in the video. This song was performed at a concert with friend turned rival 2Pac in 1994.

It was remixed by Ratatat on their 2007 album Ratatat Remixes Vol. 2.

The refrain "party and bullshit" was inspired by the song "When the Revolution Comes" by spoken word artists The Last Poets, however Wallace changed the meaning in his rap. To quote Oyewole of The Last Poets:

"When we rapped, it was all about raising consciousness and using language to challenge people," Oyewole says. "When I wrote [about] `party and bullshit' it was to make people get off their ass. But now `party and bullshit' was used by Biggie, used by Busta Rhymes, but in a nonconscious way. That's difficult for us to deal with." [http://osdir.com/ml/music.laswell/2005-09/msg00011.html]
