Paramount Chief Julius Gulama was a Sierra Leonean paramount chief and politician. He was one of the founding members of the Sierra Leone People's Party. He was the father of Ella Koblo Gulama.

Julius Gulama is the son of Paramount Chief Momoh Gulama, Julius was Paramount Chief of Kaiyamba Chiefdom. The Gulamas are ethnic Mendes.
