Paramount Chief Julius Gulama was a famous Sierra Leonean paramount chief who ruled Kaiyamba Chiefdom in Moyamba District.^[1]

Momoh was born in Moyamba, Moyamba District in the Southern Province of Sierra Leone. He is the father of Paramount Chief Julius Gulama and Paramount Chief Madam Ella Koblo Gulama.^[1]
