Velonades (Greek: Βελονάδες from "veloni" and "-ades") also with the first e accented is a settlement in the northern part of the island of
Corfu . It it also in the municipal district ofNymfes and the municipality ofEsperion . Its2001 population was 473 for the village and 958 for the municipal district. Velonades is located northwest of the city of Corfu.Nearest place
