Eddie Lewis Jones, Jr. (born January 11, 1988 in Henderson, Texas) is an American football defensive lineman. He currently plays defensive end for the Texas Longhorns.

Jones was considered one of the nation's best defensive linemen coming out of high school. He finished his career at Kilgore High School with 310 tackles (including 27 tackles for a loss), 28 sacks, 25 PBU, eight forced fumbles, eight fumble recoveries, 30 pressures and a blocked punt which he returned for a touchdown. As a junior, Jones helped Kilgore to the 2004 4A State Championship and a 16-0 record. He had 11 tackles and two sacks in the title game win over Dallas Lincoln.

After redshirting the 2006 season, Jones appeared in 10 games at defensive end and on special teams in 2007. He posted 26 tackles, 1.5 sacks, two TFL, six pressures, an INT and two PBD.
