Prince Grigory Sergeyevich Golitsin ( _ru. Григорий Сергеевич Голицын) (1838 — 1907) was a Russian general and statesman.
Grigory Golitsin fought in Russia's Caucasus wars, studied at General Staff Academy, commanded regiments. In 1876, was appointed Governor of Uralsk Oblast; later on, served at a variety of position in other regions.
In 1897-1904, he was the Governor of Transcaucasia; known as the initiator of the confiscation of the properties of the Armenian Church. Wounded in an assassination attempt in Armenia in 1903.
