November 23 ,2007 , WOVM dropped Relevant Radio programming and began stunting withChristmas music . The "Oasis" format made its official debut onJanuary 7 ,2008 . WOVM is serving as the beta-test station for the "Oasis" format (which is being developed locally by Allouez-basedSovereign City Radio Group ) before the format goes into national distribution. The format's developers claim it includes a "secret sauce" that makes it special.
