television station inAlbania with a concentration in economic/business news. A1 has tried to attract a broader audience through shows such as "Papparazzi" and "Hienat". It is also the only station with purely economic TV shows like "A1 Biznes" and "Kapital". It has a Bloomberg-like format, with scrolling news and business quotes. News is updated in real-time 24 hours a day. Since January 2007, "A1 Televizion" has started airing movies and it probably has the latest and most famous movies of any local television in Albania, although it rarely advertises the fact, to comply with its 'new channel' image.Or|date=January 2008Controversies
As of December 13, 2007 KESH cut the electricity supply to the channel's studios for defects in KESH's measurement apparatuses.
